Payment Terms and Conditions for Individuals
Payment details are required to register as an individual for a program, group or seminar provided by yourtime or Accoras.
Upon registration, you will be debited the relevant amount. Your registration form becomes a tax invoice at the time of payment being processed.
A full refund of the amount will be issued to you if you provide notice of your cancellation at least four weeks prior to the commencement date of the program, group or seminar. If you do not provide notice of your cancellation at least four weeks prior to the commencement date of the program, group or seminar, we will not be able to provide you with a refund, due to the short notice and nature of the program bookings.
