“I like to integrate a number of therapeutic approaches to meet the individual needs of each client. These include psychodynamic interventions, brief therapy interventions, motivational interviewing, dialectic behaviour therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy. I do my best to offer compassion and understanding while gently challenging patterns that might be holding people back from living a meaningful life.”
