So how does headspace work?
headspace is very different from your typical doctors clinic or psychology practice. We aim to create a environment that you feel comfortable in and is warm and welcoming. Watch the video below to get a better of idea of what our centre is like.
We don’t just book you in with the first available specialist, everyone’s needs and preferences are very different. Your first appointment with us will be an Intake Appointment. During this appointment we will get a deeper understanding of your current situation or concern. We encourage parents to join their children for this session if they wish.
After this session our Intake Clinician will match you to the most suitable professional at our centre and arrange your next appointment.
What’s if we don’t have someone suited to your needs?
This doesn’t happen very often but when it does we will help you with a referral to the appropriate service and explain to you what steps you need to take next.
