Accoras is the lead agency for headspace Inala who provide free holistic early intervention support to young people aged 12-25 years experiencing mental health concerns.

  • Feeling down, stressed or can’t stop worrying

  • Finding it difficult to sleep, or sleeping too much

  • Not feeling good about yourself

  • Finding it hard to concentrate

  • Not managing school very well

  • Feeling sick or worried about your health

  • Want to cut down on your drinking or drug use

  • Wanting to talk about sexuality, identity, or relationships

  • Having difficulties with friendships or being bullied

  • Curious about sexual health or want to find out about contraception

  • Worried about work or study

We’re home to a bunch of different people who can all help in different ways – this includes psychologists, social workers, doctors, youth counsellors, alcohol and drug workers, sexual health workers, employment specialists and occupational therapists.

Our team works together, so you get the best support, at the right time, all in the same place.

FAQs

Who can receive support from headspace Inala? We support young people between the age of 12 and 25 from Inala and surrounding areas.

How much does it cost? Our support is free to young people.

What is a mental health treatment plan (MHTP) and how do I get one? Also known as a Mental Health Care Plan, a MHTP is written by your GP and is designed to help you access services and support to improve your mental wellbeing and address any mental health concerns you may have. To get a MHTP arrange an appointment with your GP, or feel free to call us for more information.

How do I make a referral? We welcome referrals from young people, family and friends and industry professionals. The young person must be aware of the referral, and willing to engage in support. To make a referral, please click on the button below to download the form and email it to us.
