“ My journey into psychology began as a young volunteer working with people from all spheres of life in difficult predicaments. I became increasingly interested in not only my own personal self-development but also to find ways to support others around me to reach their potential. It is my passion to ensure the use of evidence-based interventions to help you find a sense of meaning and fulfilment in life. I believe in working collaboratively and tailor my approach to each person’s unique goals, personality and circumstances. When I am not being a psychologist, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading and listening to podcasts (all things psychology related!), travelling, exploring new coffee haunts in the area and jamming to eighties (and Kpop!) music.”
