COVID-19 RESPONSE

Accoras is taking a proactive and community-minded approach to slowing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The health and safety of our team, clients and community is our number one priority.

All Accoras offices and practices have approved Covid-safe plans in place.

  • When visiting us, please check-in using the QLD app. Signs are presented at the entry and reception desk of each Accoras location.

  • If you are unwell or at risk. If you are presenting any symptoms or have been advised to isolate we ask that you contact us by phone to reschedule or arrange a virtual appointment or meeting.

  • In the event of a lockdown clients with appointments will be contacted. Telehealth will be made available. During this time our team can still be contacted via phone and email. Visit the contact us page for our contact information.

  • Good hygiene and social distancing. We kindly ask that upon entry you use the hand sanitiser provided at our reception desk or entry point. We also encourage our team and visitors to practice good hygiene at all times, by washing your hand frequently and wiping down surfaces throughout the day. Social distancing is also maintained in our offices and during appointments. All meeting rooms have occupancy limits in place in line with current measures.

We are committed to doing our part, the above measures may be revised in line with current regulations at any time.
